Exceptional Customer Service is rarely found when dealing with businesses. So many employees who deal directly with the public often forget that the public are the most important part of their business. However, when you do find someone who goes beyond the norm and provides exceptional customer service then you have an obligation to tell everybody about that person.

Anyway, we have a little story about a young Travel agent who continually provides exceptional customer service to her clients. Her name is Natalie Wheeler and she works at Harvey World Travel, St Heliers in Auckland New Zealand.

Our information comes from one of Natalie’s clients who asked Natalie to book airfares to Australia. We’ll let her tell her story, her name is Margaret.

” Natalie Wheeler is my Travel Agent Hero. She works at Harvey World Travel, St Heliers in Auckland. She is a very exceptional lady. Natalie was unknown to me prior to my trip to Queensland in July 2010.

Upon consulting her at her office, she completed and met my travel arrangements. Most appreciatively exceptional Natalie had completed my departure and arrival documentation. She was efficient and courteous while doing her work and she made me feel as though nothing was too hard for her. Her attitude was certainly an attitude of servitude. She has a fantastic smile, and energy to provide the best service to satisfy my requirements.

While in Queensland, I was unable to fly back because of an illness. I tried to change my flight through Harvey World Travel in Broadbeach. What a totally different reception I got in that office. No assistance at all. The consultant wouldn’t do anything to assist as I hadn’t booked through their office. They were totally unhelpful. Would I go back to that office if I was going to book any travel??? NO WAY, they don’t deserve customers with that type of customer service.

I made one phone call to Natalie at Harvey World Travel in Auckland. It was astounding to see there was no complication for her at all to immediately provide assistance. Natalie changed my flight plans, re-arranged my insurance and promptly notified me as soon as everything was completed. Her eagerness to help me was so evident on the phone and I was very relieved to have someone that provided such exceptional customer service.

Natalie is certainly my Travel Agent HERO and I would recommend her to anybody that requires travel arrangements anywhere. I have never met anybody that provides exceptional customer service as Natalie provides at Harvey World Travel, St Heliers in Auckland New Zealand.
